Bhadaj Hare Krishna Temple to celebrate Jhulan Mahotsav from 23rd to 28th August and grand Sri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav on 4th September 2026<\/p>\n

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], August 19:<\/strong> ISKCON Hare Krishna Temple, Bhadaj organizes the grand Sri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav every year, which is attended by numerous devotees. This year, ISKCON Hare Krishna Temple, Bhadaj has started a new initiative of \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d to celebrate Janmashtami and spread its spiritual message to various sections of the society. Through this initiative, the message of Shri Krishna\u2019s Janmashtami \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d will be celebrated through spiritual-cultural programs in various cities across Gujarat such as Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Sanand, Viramgam, Kadi, Kalol from 22 August to 13 September. Along with this, Jhulan Mahotsav has been organized at Hare Krishna Temple from 23 to 28 August.<\/p>\n

ISKCON Hare Krishna Movement President Jaganmohan Krishna Dasji, while outlining the \u201cSwagatham Krishna 2026\u201d program organized across Gujarat, said that on August 22 at 6 pm Chandkheda \u2013 Shri SadaramBapa Community Hall, Umiya Party Plot \u2013 Gota, Balaji OasisLawnPalaj \u2013 Gandhinagar, on August 23 at 6:00 pm at Hare Krishna Movement, Rajkot \u2013 Seasons Hotel, on August 29 at 6:00 pm Chandlodia Community Center, Mangalpande Hall -Nikol, Meadows \u2013 Adani Shantigram, on August 30 at 6:00 pm Sanand, Kalol Town Hall, Vedmandir-Maninagar, as well as on Janmashtamion September 4 at 6:00 pm, at Hare Krishna Movement, Surat \u2013Maheshwari Bhavan, Hare Krishna Movement, Vadodara \u2013 Evamol, The message of Lord Krishna\u2019s Janmashtami festival will be conveyed to the devotees through spiritual-cultural programs. Along with this, on September 4, Janmashtami will be celebrated through cultural programs with various messages of the glory of Lord Krishna at ISKCON Hare Krishna Main Temple at Bhadaj from 8 am to 12:30 am and at Sector-1, Gandhinagar, from 8 am to 12:30 am. Finally, \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d has been organized at Kadi Town Hall on September 13. Apart from this, various programs have been organized in about 10 villages of Viramgam taluka during the entire Shravan month.<\/p>\n

Jaganmohan Krishna Dasji, President of ISKCON Hare Krishna Movement, further said that the aim of \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d is to take the message and spirit of Sri Krishna Janmashtami outside the temple to various sections of society, such as the elderly men and women, as well as the promising future of India, the youth. Spiritual and cultural programs have been organized in various cities, towns and villages during the month of Shravan. The inspiration for this initiative has come from Krishna, His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada, the founder-acharya of ISKCON. Srila Prabhupada dedicated his entire life to taking the message of Lord Shri Krishna, the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, and the Hare Krishna Mahamantra to the entire world, which is the main part of the message of \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d.
At each location of the \u201cSwagatam Krishna 2026\u201d celebrations, dignitaries and prominent figures of the society will be present at the program and receive the blessings of Lord Krishna. The culmination of this initiative will be on the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami on 4th September 2026. On this day, a grand Janmashtami Mahotsav will be organized throughout the day at ISKCON Hare Krishna Temple, Bhadaj and ISKCON Gandhinagar, Sector-1.
In this celebration, darshan, kirtan, devotional music, cultural programs and special Janmashtami programs will be organized for the devotees and the general public and the joyful festival of the divine manifestation of Lord Krishna will be celebrated.<\/p>\n
