What drives your passion for PR and corporate communication?   

Public Relations is the cornerstone of my professional journey, and it’s something I take immense pride in. Over the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of exploring different verticals, each adding to my experience and sharpening my skills. But the true highlight of my work has been the ability to build strong, meaningful connections that help bring my ideas and strategies into the public eye in the most impactful and structured way.

When I take on a project, I approach it with unmatched dedication and laser focus. This commitment often leads to results that stand out, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. Whether it’s crafting a campaign or navigating a challenging PR scenario, I bring my full energy and creativity to the table every single time.

In everything I do, be it professional work or personal projects, I aim to go above and beyond.. For me, Public Relations isn’t just about strategy or execution, it’s about making meaningful connections, telling compelling stories, and delivering results that truly make a difference.

Q2. Can you share some of your recent accomplishments?

Answer:  This year has been a landmark one for me. Recently, I have won the 40 under 40 PR and communications Awards, 2024 by Agency Reporter and Corporate Communication leader of the year, 2024 by Transformance. From a single man army to leading a team of 5 members, every year I have been pushed to achieve more and do something new. With an eagerness to achieve more, I started working on myself by enhancing my knowledge and leadership skills. Year by year, it has been a tremendous growth in my journey from senior associate to Associate Director to represent and handle communications of Andersen in India. I have taken various initiatives in the firm that has not only help to enhance the firm image and, help in engaging the stakeholders and employees.

Q3. How do you keep your team motivated and aligned? 

Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. I love crafting stories that genuinely connect with people, whether it’s helping a brand find its identity or starting meaningful conversations through PR campaigns. I take pride in being one of the few PR professionals who truly understands the consulting industry, knowing exactly when and where to position our firm for the best results. Creativity is my go-to tool for solving challenges and making an impact, especially when it’s about shifting how people perceive a brand. But what really drives me is empowering my team and building a space where trust and fresh ideas can flourish. I believe in hard work and pushing boundaries, which is why I encourage my team to come up with bold, original ideas that break new ground. I trust their skills and firmly believe that when different perspectives come together, the results can be nothing short of amazing.

Watching my team collaborate and bring unique viewpoints to the table is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I believe that great ideas don’t come out of thin air, they’re born when people with different strengths and experiences bounce their ideas with each other and build something together. I make sure to create a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts, even if they aren’t sure the idea will work. I also push my team not to shy away from taking risks because it’s often the boldest moves that lead to something truly magical. For me, every day is a chance to create something meaningful, and that’s what keeps me inspired.

What will be your contribution in taking industry forward

I aim to transform corporate communication by blending authentic storytelling with data-driven insights. By using AI analytics, my goal is to make PR strategies not just creative but also highly precise and impactful. Beyond strategy, I am deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of PR professionals, especially those looking to build their careers in the consulting and advisory space. Drawing from my own experiences, I will share how I helped elevate a mid-sized firm to a globally recognized advisory brand. In an industry where the Big Four firms dominated media conversations, smaller firms like ours often struggled to gain visibility. I took on that challenge, working to amplify the global presence of an Indian advisory firm and prove that we could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with industry giants. Through these experiences, I aim to inspire and guide young professionals, showing them how to navigate the unique challenges of this field and redefine the possibilities in PR and consulting.

What’s your Mission Statement

As I always say, dream big and take risks, success will follow. With that in mind, my mission is to create something strong and meaningful, so when people think of a brand, they remember the impact of my efforts. I want my work to inspire young professionals and leave a lasting mark on the organizations I’ve been a part of, even long after I’m gone. I aim to craft powerful brand stories and communication strategies that make a lasting impression and help organizations achieve global success. Right now, my focus is on taking Nangia Group into the list of the Big Four and contributing to Andersen’s global marketing efforts. By combining creativity, hard work, and innovative thinking with a commitment to quality, cutting-edge technology, and continuous learning, I am working to set new standards of excellence and drive a shared vision of growth and success.
