From First National Pageant to Mrs India Empress of the Nation Runner-Up: Nusrat Mujawar’s Inspiring Rise

New Delhi [India], July 9: Stepping into the world of pageantry was a leap of faith for me. This year, I embraced that leap by participating in my very first national pageant, Mrs. India Empress of the Nation 2025. It became a journey of growth, learning, and discovering the strength that shines when you dare to step out of your comfort zone to chase your dreams.

Balancing family, professional commitments, and the rigorous preparation required for a national platform was challenging, but every moment reminded me that true growth happens when you keep moving forward with faith and courage.

During the pageant, I was determined to showcase not just grace and poise, but purpose. My active participation in the beauty with Purpose initiative allowed me to contribute to causes close to my heart, Child education and Women empowerment, proving that beauty finds its deepest meaning when used in the service of others.

Receiving the Style Icon Award and being recognised as Best Dressed during Grooming Days were moments that celebrated not only fashion but also the confidence, individuality, and discipline I carried throughout the journey.

The greatest blessing was being crowned Mrs. India Empress of the Nation 2nd Runner up 2025 in my very first national pageant, making this journey truly unforgettable and proving that it is never too late to embrace your dreams with courage.

This experience has transformed me from within, teaching me that success is not defined by titles alone but by the lives you inspire and the barriers you break while staying true to yourself.

Empress

I am forever grateful to my family for being my unwavering strength. To my husband, Sameer Mujawar, thank you for believing in me and standing by my side through every step. To my in-laws, Chandbi and Yusuf Mujawar, and my mother, Kausar Jahan, your blessings and support have meant everything to me. To my daughter, Aleeza Mujawar, you are my true motivation and I hope you always believe in yourself and your dreams. And to my late father, Wakeel Malik, I know you are watching over me with pride from the stars today. This moment is for you.

My heartfelt gratitude to Team Diva Pageant, Anjana Mam, and Karl Mascarenhas Sir for providing a platform that empowers women to rediscover themselves and shine with purpose and confidence.

It was also an honour to receive this award alongside Rohit Roy and Tanisha Mukherjee, making the moment even more special.

To every woman reading this: do not let age, doubt, or circumstances hold you back. Embrace your uniqueness, own your journey, and remember that it is never too late to shine.

From my first national pageant to becoming Mrs. India Empress of the Nation 2nd Runner Up 2025, this journey is a testament that with style, substance, and a heart willing to serve, every dream is within reach.
